We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, email support@nutracommercehub.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
Condition of Returns
Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. We are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used products, with the exception of items that are defective or arrived damaged.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
